Call My Aged Care
Call My Aged Care on
1800 200 422 to check if you’re eligible for Support at Home Package funding.

If you’re enquiring on behalf of someone else, make sure they provide their consent before calling.
Identify your needs
An Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT) professional will visit you at home to understand your needs and recommend the best support options.

With your consent, they’ll assess your situation and determine your eligibility for services tailored to you.
Following your assessment
My Aged Care will send you an approval letter confirming your eligibility.

Once approved, you’ll be added to the National Waitlist and notified by mail when a Support at Home Package becomes available.
Receive your package and start services
You’ll receive a letter from My Aged Care confirming that your Support at Home Package has been assigned.

This means your funding is ready, and you can choose a service provider, like Omnicare, to start your services.
