Support at Home Packages (SaH) offer ongoing support tailored to your individual needs, with funding ranging from $11,000 to $78,000 per year.
✔ Eligibility is assessed through My Aged Care
✔ Use your funding for a wide range of home care services
✔ You may be asked to contribute to the cost of your care, depending on your income and the services you choose, with fees clearly explained upfront
