What services are available?
Omnicare offers person-centred care, meaning supports are tailored to your needs. We will work with you to build a care plan based on your choices, and to suit your personal circumstances.
We can provide:
Light domestic duties (laundry, dishes, sweeping, etc.)
Shopping and meal preparation
Home modifications and maintenance
Omnicare is professional, friendly, and provides support to fit with your lifestyle – whether that’s to attend medical appointments, or a social outing.
Our team are specially trained in providing supports to individuals with cognitive impairment.
How else can I use my funding?
Your Home Care Package is transferrable, or you can request your current provider “broker” some of Omnicare's services for you. For example, you may choose to have our meals delivered to you, or use some of your funding towards improvements in and around your home utilising our Modifications & Maintenance team. Omnicare can also arrange professional medical and allied health services, if you require them.
